His pre-consulting career included an extensive career in Senior roles such as VP of Sales, President and CEO.  This experience includes growing an international media sales training company, as President and then CEO to its highest revenues and profitability by generating over 100 Million a year in new advertising revenues for clients in 300 markets & 4 languages around the world.  Stephen has also turned around a struggling radio group in New Zealand, launched unique brands, built out new markets and merged diverse companies.

  • Business Growth:  Helping a South Eastern construction services company achieve record profits 4 years in a row through increased efficiency and revenue growth.

Mark enjoys reading, working out at the gym, horseback riding, boating and fishing in the coastal waters of NC, and bicycle excursions with his wife of 35 years. They are blessed to share time with their four adult children and two grandchildren who all live close by.
