Mr. Aibel  has over 25 years of Fortune 100 management, entrepreneurial startup, and consulting experience, all with significant P&L responsibility. He has built, managed, and turned-around organizations from $25 million to $250 million in annual revenues, and has worked internationally in a wide range of industries.

 

Mr. Aibel is the Chairman of Pro Squared Holdings, Inc., where he coaches, mentors, and develops management teams, and frequently speaks about organization design and the management of change.

Mr. Aibel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, studied economics at Columbia University, and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

 

Mr. Aibel resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and is on the boards of several for-profit and non-profit organizations.
